Ben Chivvy biography :

Ben Chivvy was born and brought up in London’s ‘ East End ‘.

Although he largely sidestepped a traditional education, Ben went on to amass a considerable fortune buying and selling ‘ commodities ’ – mainly in and around his local community of Aldgate East.

At the age of 47 a ‘ Life Changing Event ‘ gave him enough time to radically re-appraise his roots, and he subsequently became a radical green/environmental/eco/lifestyle advisor.

Although he’s now moved away from the area where he was raised, Ben insists he’s not changed, and hasn't abandoned his roots : “ I’m still the same old same old ! “

He now lives in Aldgate West.

Update :

Unfortunately, Ben’s efforts at providing a column for us has fallen behind - he’s at a location which effectively bars him from contributing for several months.
