Installation instructions: ( Windows ™ only )

The cusrors are saved in the standard Windows ™ no-frills   .cur   format . . .

• Click on the cursors above to download. (Either on one individual cursor, or the .zip  option for the full set.)

• Select ' Save to disk ' option.

( if you've downloaded the .zip file, unzip it now )

• Copy or move the .cur files to a permanent folder. For example C:/WINNT/Cursors

• Using : Start Button / Control Panel / Mouse / Pointers / browse the folder, and select the new cursors which you like. Then click Apply/OK.

( note: older systems used Start Button / Settings / Control Panel / Mouse / Pointers / Browse )

• You can click the ' Use Default ' option to go back to the Windows ™ default cursors at any time

If in doubt, go to the Windows ™ 'Help' pages and search for 'Mouse' . . .

A simpler way to change the cursors

Just press Win+R keys then type main.cpl in the run box and OK, then you will get the mouse dialog.

We are currently searching for a freeware software package to convert the Windows ™   .cur   format cursors to Mac - if anyone knows of a reliable package, please can you let us know !
